Velmor isn't a hero or a god. He's a body pierced by something that surpasses him, and yet he remains standing. He doesn't speak, but his body says it all: it is tense mass, a frozen gesture, broken architecture.
It represents the struggle to stay standing amidst collapse. It is the giant of unepic endurance, of the impulse to exist despite excess. Its scale is not merely physical: it is emotional, internal, almost spiritual.
